Not as opened about the company and employees destinies to their employees as they think they are. They think that just by saying they are transparent employees trust them without any reserve. Small wages for everyone else besides the management. Company doesn't show the appreciation to their emoloyees as much as if they were in EU. Mercer did a market study, and only managerial wages were raised but not for other employees. There was just a small correction to it, but not a proper raise according to the local and regional market and bussiness results we had after 2021. Aviation safety isn't valued or appreciated as it should be by their locally appointed C'Os.
