      Very toxic / narcissistic environment, poor communication among team members. If you are outstanding professional, team's passive aggressiveness will eventually turn you into neurotic.

      Don't be fooled by the fancy office and their portfolio. This is probably one of the worst places I have worked. Terrible work environment. Micromanaging is rampant from middle managers and especially on things that don't matter in the long run.
