No pros to this job. Management need to look into job responsibilities.

Being paid £6.80 an hour to do a supervisory role with the title of sales advisor. The manager was going to give me a set of keys on the second day. Wanting me to open up on the third day. Expected stock take to be done morning and night EVERY DAY! The training is poorly set out and did not help me at all. What I learnt through that would have been easier to learn on the job. I did half a day at this store and walked out as I refuse to be paid less than I should be for what they expected of me. Was also told about why others had left which was wrong of management in my eyes. £20 a MONTH bonus for hitting targets (why even bother trying, doesn't even cover lunch OR travel for the month)

I guess you get paid, not much but money still turns up at the end of a month.

Gum on the bottom of your shoe gets more respect that you do in this role. Management are the laziest I have ever experienced, they can't be bothered to do their roles so pass them down to the sales assistants. Stock has to be done every morning and every evening, you are supposed to come in half an hour early unpaid to do so in the morning, this is all while management stands there and watching of course. If you get a role at this company for the love of god so not accept an exchange or do a refund, they will take the cost of that action out of your wages, which of course encourages bad customer service.
