      I can't think of a single reason to work for this company.

      Extremely hostile environment. Upper management has their favorites and you aren't in good standing in the clique you will be treated very unprofessionally. They dangle advancement opportunities under your nose then eliminate the position completely. Management uses punishment or fear of getting fired as a form of keeping you in line. There is not enough staffing and they change policies and procedures without letting employees know, then punish them for not following their new rules. Responsible Time Off is how they classify time off. Requests for time off are often denied and if you call out sick you are on the watch list.

      VIPRE has been part of Ziff Davis since 2018. The company has been transformed within the last few years with a new leadership who really cares. Our voices are heard and we have new employee platforms that help managers to motivate and reward our teams. Our benefits are outstanding and compensation is on the market. There is a lot of opportunity for growth and advancement.

      Remote work could be challenging but we have team meetings and use regular video Zoom meetings, play games, and stay connected. We also can travel to meetings and events.
