Low Call volume. Friendly people. The pay.

No support when needed—constantly ignored when asking for help. You end up having to make things up to callers because proper training isn’t provided. I was excellent at my job, yet I was fired for a weak excuse, even though I was the person everyone turned to for help. They even told me I had potential to become a lead, which turned out to be untrue. I do not recommend this company. The mission statement sounds great, but in reality, they are taking advantage of people who rely on life-saving medications.
