Earning potential isn't great even if you hit targets. Managers don't seem to care about customers only hitting targets and that comes from the top. I regularly see aggressive sales practices and if those people hit their targets they are congratulated.

Motivating work environment, target-driven and opportunity to progress.

None to mention or that come to mind.
