This company focus has shifted from hiring experienced employees to college graduates as a result of which the QOS has significantly dropped. The India mid-level management team is highly inefficient and has no clue on what's happening in the company and they just keep changing processes going around in circles. There is no value for experienced and knowledgeable employees like old days, and the main focus is just on college hires. Some college hires are getting more salary than 7-8 years experienced people in the same team. Most of the promotions/appraisals are based on office politics and how much you can impress the manager, rather than your work.
