Unprofessional training leads to excessive daily stress - Recensione dipendente - Program Coordinator presso VODEC

NO Just NO! Unprofessional and ruthless, Training was a joke. Purposely told the wrong information and ommited information. Then when I would restate the information they gave me to ensure understanding they just kept changing their answers to cause confusion. Excessive and increasing stress daily. Communication is dreadful. Told not to be on our phones but then asked if we get their message. Witnessed another staff saying "good luck nobody stays in your position" to the new staff during a meet and greet.
