Compensation and benefits were fair for the industry.

Almost too many to list but there is little to no respect for employee personal time, the morale is extremely low, with most employees bad mouthing the current president and complaining about the poor working conditions. There is no autonomy given to the employees to learn and use their experience to really help the company. The current president believes in leading by fear and intimidation and that contributes to a ton of stress within the entire organization. The president loves to play favourites with her inner circle that she hand selected and have little to no industry knowledge.
