VSC is one of the most creative agencies I’ve ever worked at. It’s led by an incredibly optimistic CEO who is not only on a mission to make good things happen for his clients, but also for his employees. If you’re vocal about what you want out of your experience, he and his leadership team will do everything in their power to make it happen and support you. Interested in music? The senior team will find a way to incorporate it into your work — either with bringing on new clients in that industry or with developing engaging experiences for the whole team to benefit from your interests. Same goes for creative writing, graphic design, etc. The work you do has a global impact and the clients are hand selected, so you’re working with companies who share a like-minded vision and aren't just building new innovations for the sake of it. Benefits are great: 401k matching, dental, vision, health, etc. Beyond that, there are other benefits like generous team outings 2x a year, a regular speaker series, weekly team get-togethers in the office dubbed "Whiskey Wednesdays," and "Work from Home Fridays" which is great for those who commute into the city.
