- not inclusive culture - important meetings close to fully mandarin even if have non-mandarin speakers inside - key team members don't know how to work with others - tasks suppose to be delegated are not conveyed well which causes alot of miscommunication - blaming delays on others when message was not even conveyed - everyone tries to protect themselves so hard that it makes a simple task become so difficult to complete as alot of convincing needed and people keep pushing to others
