      1. Work stress is very less. 2. Plenty of time to do other social activities of course after office hours

      1. Main disadvantage of VSSC is one is not placed as per his/her qualification rather they are placed based on the vacancies available in different divisions. This can lead to severe loss of productivity 2. R & D should be more emphasized in an organization such as VSSC yet there is no scope of R&D here. Infact many talented engineers are coming to VSSC for this very purpose just to face the disappointment.

      Chance to work with rockets, modest salary, peaceful job compared to IT etc

      bad food, modest salary, promotions are time based, some people work quite a few weekends and national holidays
