When I think of this company where I want to spend my time this is what I imagined. I have known Forood for over 7 years and is one of the best recruiters in the industry who I learned from. All the tools are given to you, constantly learning about new technologies and working with excellent salespeople to make placements. Working at VTRAC has been a great experience! They're an up and coming recruitment team that is very tight knit. Excellent management! Ron goes above and beyond to educate, train and set employees up for success. Management is also very hands on and approachable. Fantastic work life balance- Flexible work hours and casual work environment. Great compensation structure. 100% remote! You really feel like a vital part of the business especialy if you are a 360 recruiter and not just somebody who is there to line the pockets of others. The financial implications of working under these pretences can be extremely rewarding, if not life changing. You get out of this business what you put in to it.
