Very chaotic management style, not very good at keeping promises, poor payment to vendors, unhealthy mental working environment. Do not support employees that actually want to work for them and do a good job. Suggestions that were made or questions that were asked were not paid any attention to. Was often put in uncomfortable situations. I would advise avoiding at all costs.
