No pro as such. Only they have money and contacts- nothing else

This is the most toxic workplace I’ve ever experienced. The CEO is incredibly fake and difficult to work with. She micromanages everything and finds issues with even the smallest things. She once made me sit through a one-hour meeting just because I had lunch with people she doesn’t like, and she even comments on personal choices, which is completely inappropriate. There is extreme favoritism in this company. You have to constantly flatter the CEO to get anywhere. I ended up with a terrible team where no one values your input. They claim you have freedom, but in reality, they do whatever they want. People even face sudden exits or harsh performance reviews for being just 10–20 minutes late. The company is misleading. They say all the right things during interviews, but once you join, you see their true nature. No wonder they struggle to hire, almost no one here is happy except those at the top who benefit from favoritism. This organisation is a major red flag.

Working at this company was one of the most frustrating and draining experiences of my career. The environment was chaotic, disorganized, and honestly exhausting. Communication was terrible across the board, and it always felt like nobody knew what was going on—or worse, nobody cared enough to fix it. Management was consistently unclear about expectations, constantly changing priorities, and offering zero real support. You’re basically left to figure everything out on your own while being blamed for problems you didn’t create. Morale is low for a reason, and turnover is high because people are simply burned out or fed up. The workload is unrealistic, recognition is nonexistent, and any feedback you give goes straight into a void. It’s hard to stay motivated when you feel undervalued and unheard every single day. I left because I refused to waste another minute feeling stressed, ignored, and overworked. I would not recommend this place to anyone who cares about their mental health or career growth.
