If you meet with them and then don't hear from them after a week, you know they're not doing anything. But after you contact them they will absolutely tell you they're looking but nothing out there. Don't believe any of the hype. Put them with all the rest and continue networking with other recruiters. They are not loyal to you so don't be to them.
