      There's an emphasis on mental health and accepting of diversity. Perfect job to work from home but that is ending. Opportunity to gain useful knowledge. Can be busy work if you like that.

      Svantaggi

      No PTO so you're forced to lose money if you want to take a day off or go on vacation or lose your sick days.The pay is not enough for CA living standards especially with the RTO situation.

      GREAT work environment at Virginia State Police. Pay is good. Better than most contract employers for benefits. Supposed to get a bonus of a week's pay after 1 year and some paid holidays at that point. Best thing is getting to work on projects in AWS.

      Requires 4 days a week on-site. No OT allowed. No pay for holidays, sick days or vacation. VITA requiring me to get a PMP, even though I was told I did not need one for the role.
