This was truly the experience of a lifetime. Like many other graduates, I left college with a degree, but without any concrete skills. None. I pre-judged the company because the boss is so young, but that man has knowledge and wisdom beyond his years. I had to leave due to personal issues, but would still be there if I didn't.
