Valeo Service- not for anyone - Recensione dipendente - Dipendente anonimo presso Valeo

I was at the Valeo Service Aftermarket office in Virginia. Management has no clue about the market place in the US. They will not listen to you as they think that their experience in Europe is the same. All management are from another country. No way to move up if your from the US. Only like to hire single no family young employees so they can over work and under pay. Has a crazy high turnover rate and they do not care. Everything is on a global structure so purchasing in global and based out of France. Quality is OE like structure and out of China. Very hard to get things done on time as your main project is not their focus. Also they do not even have a HR person in the US office, is that even legal?
