1)Management are puppets of counterparts and don't use their own brain. 2)Management and HR blaming each other for loss of employees. 3)Told employees to ask before going for covid vaccine and not to take vaccine on working days, also to compensate for non working period of vaccination. 3)Costly Food service even though they have 1500 employees working under 1 roof. 4)No growth in terms of work. You will think that you learnt something if you joint as freshers because you are unexperienced and you are not aware about other companies and their work. 5)Except India, other sites of Valeo around the world have good reputation. (in India you are a labour). 6)Managers are brainless and are dropouts from other companies, always trying to save themselves. 7)Awards and recognition, even appraisals in 70% of cases is given to employees who don't work and solely based on managers likings. 8)No work from home policy until May, 2021. 9)Management taking part time Mtech course and fully copy pasting answers from in exams from employees working under them. 10)There are many more points, but I am tired.
