Very demotivating They occasionally create perks to attract more quality people but remove them without notice. In last few years they have laying eroded any financial advantage. Annual salary review / increase was due. Reviews are always delayed and then the pay back dated to jan. But typical Valeo used the delay and said as cost saving measure they would not be back dated. Also furniture salary reviews will be dated for April going forward.. effectively wiping 4 months increase from all employees! No consultation and no apology- very typical Doc appointments have to be taken as holiday time No carry overt of hols. Previously yiu could carry 5 days Now zero
