The maintenance boss doesn’t know how to do the role, no mechanical or Control’s background. Doesn’t have your back, talks trash about his team, throws everyone under the bus, and doesn’t own up to his mistakes. Production supervisors has more control when it comes to fixing something on the line that is broken, those supervisors can be little and harass anyone they want and the plant manager won’t do anything about it. DO NOT WORK at the highland park location!!! Management is trash
