Flat hierarchy but COO wants everyone reporting into her which makes no sense, controlling and micro managing much of what is going on rather than setting clear strategic direction and trusting employees to execute. Biggest con is no clear direction and lack of financial understanding Frenetic environment with Valeria herself not having the business sense to deal with anything outside of putting together outfits and offering her opinion
