      Job is great for somebody who is highly self motivated, can be overwhelming for those who cannot self manage.

The district manager position can be challenging and I agree that being highly self motivated and able to manage oneself is critical for success. We continue to benchmark our compensation plans within industry and alike to ensure we remain competitive in total compensation offering.       No backup- if you are sick the supervisor must fill in if no one else is available. I didn't like to inconvenience him.
