      Vantaggi

      District managers care about employees and scheduling is very flexible. Evening hours are great for people with full time jobs or school who are looking to make a little extra money and get exercise.

      Svantaggi

      Hours can be very limited. No upward mobility without college degree or management experience. Work is generally outside which mean inclement weather is more difficult to work in. Job can be very dirty at times.

      Thank you for posting this review. I'm glad to hear you are enjoying your time with Valet Living and area able to take advantage of the flexible scheduling. I am curious about your comment relative to mobility without a college degree or management experience. We fill about 50% of our District Manager positions from within the company and have promoted many associates that do not have either a college degree or management experience.       Flexible schedule, location preference, quick collection, decent pay (worked indoors at apartment buildings)

      No backup- if you are sick the supervisor must fill in if no one else is available. I didn't like to inconvenience him.
