It sounds like things are going well for you thus far and you have pointed out a few reasons why we believe we are an employer of choice for someone seeking a new opportunity with a fast growing company. I would like to follow up on a few items you have listed. In reference to pay, we continuously benchmark our compensation plans within industry and alike to ensure we remain competitive in total compensation offering (base pay, bonus, benefits, perks, etc). Our Service Valets are the backbone of our company and efforts remain top priority to decrease the overall attrition rate. We have introduced several programs this year (safety, rewards and recognition, tuition reimbursement, and in certain markets increased pay) to help with retention. We have also streamlined our Service Valet recruitment process, reducing the amount of time to hire someone by more than half.
