Thank you for taking the time to share your thoughts about your time at Valet Living. I’m sorry you didn’t have a great experience during your time here. Managing client and resident relationships can be challenging and there may be times where we use discretion in collection practices that may fall outside of our standard guidelines. In regards to your comments on paid time off/benefits, we have not made any changes to the programs offered to our part-time associates.
