      Immediate supervisors were great, solid benefit structure.

      Very frequent turnover, valets not paid enough even going over budget so they frequently quit. You'll end up pulling trash, and your 'off' time will be spent recruiting. They pitch it as 'split shift' but they expect you to be visiting properties and answering emails during day time even if they don't come out and say it. You'll end up hauling trash a good bit, there's no way to recruit enough and as frequently as necessary unless you're part of a lucky minority. This is not the company where you want to end up I assure you.

      Thank you for taking the time to post a review. I'm glad to hear that you had a positive experience with your managers and found value in our benefits offered. I'm sorry that you did not have a great experience during your time here. Our District Managers have a challenging job and it's true that recruiting and employee engagement is a big part of the role. While we still have work to do, we have secured the necessary resources to provide support to our District Managers with hiring and also equip them with the tools and resources to be successful in their local markets.       Flexible schedule, location preference, quick collection, decent pay (worked indoors at apartment buildings)

      No backup- if you are sick the supervisor must fill in if no one else is available. I didn't like to inconvenience him.
