You'll often work in dangerous apartment complexes. I am a large and physically fit man and I still felt unsafe plenty of times. I quit because they cut my effective pay rate in half.

Thank you for taking the time to provide feedback. We're sorry to hear that you did not have a positive experience. Regarding your comments on the pay structure, we did make a change earlier this year that involved moving all part-time associates into an hourly pay model. This ensures that all associates are paid appropriately for the hours they work. While our Service Valets do not receive reimbursement directly for gas mileage, they are paid a higher rate for the use of either truck, either through a stipend or directly in the hourly pay calculation which is equivalent to $3 per hour. The company support and benefits are great. They do try and train you but you're on your own since it's a remote job. You need to be a self starter and ok working alone.

The product is not worth it. You have to rely on bad part time employees to do a quality job which is picking up trash. It's hard to find someone to take that job who could work somewhere else for the same pay. You are always fixing problems but the solution isn't good enough all you can do is replace or retrain the valets. When residents screw up it's still our fault. The peoe who oversee operations are stretched thin and can't fix anything. I've also been through 3 mass firings in 2 years. The company is always letting people go to cut costs.
