While we do have some on-call positions, we strive to clearly communicate expectations and hours during the interview process. We're currently exploring ways to resolve this issue. Flexible schedule, location preference, quick collection, decent pay (worked indoors at apartment buildings)

No backup- if you are sick the supervisor must fill in if no one else is available. I didn't like to inconvenience him.
