- Great people and workforce culture with open concept work areas which makes collaboration easy.
- Room for growth and advancement due to company expansion year after year.
- Progressive management. Open to hearing and implementing new ideas which is necessary for a tech company.
I like hands off management but this company way too hands off. They throw you into the thick of things without assistance/direction. Management was barely involved in the day to day however wanted to implement rules that didn't make sense
