Vantaggi

Great purpose and local leadership cares.

Svantaggi

CEO Steve Benjamin doesn't care about his employees although he said he does. Benjamin only cares about the bottom line, that is why all the staff make terrible wages. Staff needs to form and union (contact the SEIU)and demand to be paid a fair wage. He is nothing but a trumped up sales guy that has been promoted way too many times. Most of his executive staff are little barbie girls (he hired one minority to please folks).

Vantaggi

When I first got there it was wonderful. Staff and management worked well together. We all cared for the residents and it was resident focused.

Svantaggi

It's now all about how it looks. They got rid of 95% of the old staff or forced them to leave by making them feel like crap everyday they worked. They barely know the residents upper management is hard to find since they are running 3 buildings. There are no raises. I was there for almost 2 plus years and never received a raise or review. Barely any of the workers speak English. They are in a memory care environment which needs more care, love, and support. You need to ask and communicate with residents to help them understand what you need them to do rather than forcing them to shower, dress, or go to the bathroom.
