1) Family controlled 2) Negative Work Culture 3) Screaming and shouting by CEO is considered 'normal' 4) Normal to be ashamed in meetings 5) Forced to travel early morning flight and return the same day late night and expected to join work the next morning. The CEO does not believe in allowing staff to stay overseas for work 6) Every approval goes to CEO & Family (even signing on single cheque).
