You try to help people get and stay clean. There are a couple staff there that really do care about the mission.

You'll hate yourself as much as you hate the management by the time you quit. Clients leave, staff leave, and none of their programs are giving anyone what they really need. The relapse and readmit rate is awful. The pay rate is so low, you'll think it's a joke at first. Don't waste your time here or risk learning the bad habits from management.
