It’s a Low stress and Very low expectation work environment, even for the resident physicians (they don’t have to comply with order sets or anything). There is no data integrity here. The COO blames middle management for years of inherited error. (Eg. sweet spot meetings) . Executive Leadership is not engaged with what front line staff are working on. They stay in the ivory tower all day and make guest appearances at trainings led by grossly overpaid unqualified leaders who’ve worked with the COO in the past. They preach the “it’s a new sheriff in town routine” but it’s the same ol foolishness portrayed as TammyWynette in high heels.
