Our current office is too small for the growing company.

A lot of the leadership here at Valor are incredible human beings who are dedicated to their craft, and have experience in a wide swath of industries, from construction, architecture, film, media, art and design. There is a wonderful opportunity here with all of our great buildings we are working on, and Valor's future offerings are only going to get bigger and better as we move to new markets. It's the people and the incredible agencies and brands we get to work with that makes coming into the office every day worth it!

The company went from managing/building one project at a time to four simultaneously. Combining this with some turnover and consolidation and departmental reorganization, left a lot of disorder and confusion that we are overcoming by putting structure, planning and team hierarchy into place. Putting order into chaos against a tough real estate market is a daily challenge.
