Everyone is so qualified, supportive, professional, and communicative. Teamwork here feels like a given, making team dynamics are excellent. The work day often starts with friendly smiles from your coworkers. Pharmacists are all experienced and well-read on the compounding field + Valor products. I learned so much as a rotation student here and felt welcomed from the day I started. All employees know when to be lighthearted and have fun, and when to dial in and get serious in order to get their job done. I wish more pharmacies I have worked at were like Valor!
