Dart took over, laid off half the staff. 25% of the staff that remained quit due to Dart's incompetence.

The co-workers are nice and friendly.

This has to be the most unprofessional company I have ever seen. First of all, when you are hired its interesting that they don't bring you past the conference room. The first impression when you start is dismal. The desks are filthy, the mouse pads are dirty and used from the previous employees. Note the president stated that they are no longer buying mouse pads and to wash them in the sink with dish detergent. The bathrooms are filthy and they have a scaled down cleaning crew to just get the trash and lightly sweep. I know that they try to keep positive information on the site so people go in and update but all you have to do is look at the turnover and ask any employee that works there and they will tell you the same thing. It is pathetic that a company can stay running like this. Depends who you are and if you are one of the "lucky" ones you can even drink on your lunch hour. Words of advice, if you are one of them stay there because that is where you belong. They can cover this up all they want but if you ask any employee if they are happy there you will get the same answer. I never would write on a board like this, but I feel if you are looking for a job you should have all of your facts. Also, the pay is a joke and don't plan on a raise. I would not even give this place a 1 but since that is the lowest score I guess that is what they will get.
