Also based on the innovative and aggressive payout model, the employee earned nearly double their salaries during the pandemic and work from home period for nearly 12 months. Carrier opportunities: Great carrier opportunities for sincere people. The exposure is very good and I have got this feedback from many employees and managers also. Their pay scale has increased to more than double of their original salary within a span of 2-3 years after joining VALUE PLUS. Training: The company can benefit with better training process...separate training department can be a solution... Managers: I feel the company needs more number of managers as of now... Salary cycle: Salaries generally happen between the 10th-12th of every month. This can be done earlier... maybe before 5th-7th of every month.
