It’s been almost close to 2.5 Years that I am working with valuqe. Over this period, I have realized that it’s a place of employee’s choice with open and honest communication to foster trust among employer and employees. valuqe ensures relaxed and productive atmosphere for all. It, also, ensures increased transparency and visibility in day to day management decisions enabling positive work culture. valuqe is creating and sustaining a culture of mutual accountability and evolving its organizational structure to better serve its clients and distribution partners. valuqe, as a whole, works as a team and live up to principles of maintaining and fulfilling its promises which significantly strengthen and elevate its performance. valuqe offers forums, knowledge, tools and expert advices for enhancing overall development of its employees. It has launched an educational campaign that will ensure managers/leaders are better equipped to exceed the expectations of clients as they navigate through an increasingly complex work requirements. This makes everyone more effective and responsive in providing quality deliverables and empower leaders to embrace accomplishment. It is firmly believed that the most successful companies are built on both dedication and direction. valuqe hold itself to a very high standard of performance, and then aims to exceed that standard.

I haven’t came across any loopholes or limitations yet at valuqe.

Casual atmosphere You will find lots of passionate people around you. Their passion is not limited to work related stuff. People in general are open to ideas/feedback which is essential for pairing, and specially for agile to work. You can remain a tech person irrespective of your years of experience. Management is not necessarily the 'next step' here.
