      The team you work with are amazing people.

      Everything else is pretty much a con. The pay. The way you are treated by management. The quality of life at work.the way you are treated like children by directors. No progression for hard workers, they only give it to their friends. If you try to speak up about issues you will just get shut down. Plus many more issues.

      Friendly People, Friendly management and lax feel and atmosphere in the company. I had a great relationship with my senior management team who were definitely always ready to help if life threw something at me. A work together play together family feel is imminent through the company and the company works quite hard to play hard!

      You need to fit into the Cliques that have formed. If you do, you will have a great time! If you don't, you can feel very uncomfortable. No HR support whilst I was there and this was clear to see.
