There is nothing to learn here and the pay is quite poor, intentionally poor to keep the plebes desperate. People are not put into place because of job performance or knowledge, as everything at VG is in the name of the opposite i.e. weakness and fealty are "leadership". There is no room for any real leaders within VG. Shared weakness and shared ignorance are virtues. It is more important to be brown and/or pee sitting down than anything else. There is ZERO financial incentive to excel. You will NEVER make a base of even 60k at this dump and many in "management" work second jobs, clip coupons, and purchase second hand clothes. This is a fine place to get licensed and leave, or if you are a retired school teacher or burnt out insurance salesperson to continue your life of dull mediocrity.
