1. Poor management 2. Poor staff welfare 3. Poor resident quality of life 4. Poor staff management during COVID period 5. Poor clinical guidance 6. High turnover rate 7. Too much work politics 8. You would always be doing other people’s job which snowballs and then management will start complaining that you have poor time management 9. Felt unsafe and very unprotected by the management. When things happen, there would always be finger pointing and no one will care what happens to you 10. Management themselves don’t know what they want and keep on flipping their story from time to time
