They're at the forefront of what's happening in AI right now. Not just following trends but actually driving them. If you're all-in on this space, so are they. You get to work on things that matter, with people who push you to be better, in an environment where your growth and their growth are the same thing.

The pace is relentless. If you expect work a 9-5 standard work week (although they do fully allow 3 day hybrid!) you may have a hard time But if you're someone who gets energized by being self-managed and who actually wants to grow and push yourself and who likes working with people who are all in—then this is exactly where you want to be.
