Vantaggi

I love working at Vapi, especially within our EMEA region, because you can genuinely feel that we’re building something big and special. The company culture is very positive, with open, accessible, and horizontal leadership, and a team of ambitious, energetic people who are hungry to win in the market. You can talk to anyone at any time, and people are always willing to help and support each other. The compensation packages are fair and generous, especially for Europe, and the remote-first, open culture gives people a lot of trust and autonomy. What I appreciate most is how committed everyone is to the success of the product and our customers — there’s a real sense of ownership across the company. On a personal level, building the EMEA region from scratch has been an incredible adventure. It requires an entrepreneurial mindset and a genuine excitement for creating something new, which makes the experience especially rewarding.

Svantaggi

Nothing major to highlight. That said, as with any early-stage startup, you need to be comfortable operating in a fast-changing environment where processes are constantly evolving and being built from scratch. A high level of autonomy is important, and you need to enjoy figuring things out as you go and bringing structure to ambiguity.
