I have been at Varonis for almost 6 years and its been an incredible journey. Open to Change/ Open Door Policy with Management - being in HR this is what I love most about Varonis. The company is always looking at how they can improve and make their employees happier. The managers truly listen to their team members opinions and want to hear feedback and new ideas. Thus a lot of times the changes suggested will actually happen or you are given the go ahead to run with them yourself. Room for growth - work hard, show that you are capable of more, and you will be given the opportunity to move up. I have been promoted 3 times while being at Varonis. Culture - it feels like a family here, your managers care about you not just as a team member but as a person as well. The company holds many events in our offices throughout the year to get different team members together, and promotes that our remote teams do the same.

Like I mentioned above, the company is always open to improving and that means things do change. If you are not open to adapting to new processes/ ideas and working in a fast paced environment then Varonis is not for you.

Company is so compartmentalized no one team has any idea of what is going on with another, which is specifically frustrating when it comes to pay/commission. They keep purchasing other companies without properly integrating into the existing product and have to basically re-invent how to use the full potential of said product to interact with what they already have, leaving a lot to be desired. Hiring new positions with specific goals in mind, but have the same title so are treated the same when it comes to OTE creating a substantial pay cut. Especially when they are brought in to make certain parts of the team and product better.
