Varonis is an amazing company that I have the pleasure to work for. Even when I just started, I was treated like I was part of the family. My presence there was valued and shown to me on multiple occasions. They definitely value their staff and show it. The salary is great and on-par for the role. Leadership is open to the staff about the short-term and long-term goals of the organization, as well as any changes to expect in the future. They want to be sure each of their employees are prepared for their role and focus significant time on training them to be there best so the company is at their best. Overall, I could not be happier with the decision I made to work for this organization and plan to be here for the foreseeable future.
