The product is unique, powerful and will adapt to the changes in the industry and its of huge value to customers. In the pandemic crisis the strategy to avoid losing head count was astonishing, the commitment to all employees was unique and was led from the front by the management team, I was in awe. Varonis looks after its employees, if you are committed and hardworking it's noticed and rewarded. Varonis brings everyone onboard, access to senior execs is like being in a much smaller, intimate company, I've never seen such open senior management in a company of this size. All companies have process challenges, especially as they get larger, Varonis continually strives to improve these and I've regularly been asked to contribute to discussions.

Svantaggi

Only one, and not a big one. When we do manage to meeting up for the annual conference we have to share bedrooms or pay the extra for our own, the pandemic means this hasn't happened for a while but it's a policy, it means more people can attend and goes to the inclusion they give but I'd prefer a cheaper hotel and my own room.

Company is so compartmentalized no one team has any idea of what is going on with another, which is specifically frustrating when it comes to pay/commission. They keep purchasing other companies without properly integrating into the existing product and have to basically re-invent how to use the full potential of said product to interact with what they already have, leaving a lot to be desired. Hiring new positions with specific goals in mind, but have the same title so are treated the same when it comes to OTE creating a substantial pay cut. Especially when they are brought in to make certain parts of the team and product better.
