Thank you so much for sharing! I wish that we could make the growing pains stop, but I doubt it will happen as long as we continue to grow rapidly. Change is about the only thing that remains constant here. I think we can get better as an organization in being more aware of how our growth impacts the operational team. There are a few things we have been able to do recently that I think will help out everyone. We have been able to improve hiring forecasting and communication between Sales, Services, and Operations. We certainly don't have everything figured out yet, but we will continue to try new things in order to get better for our customers, partners, and internal employee's.
Also, your comments about training new managers is being taken very seriously. We have several projects and initiatives under way to better enable current and future leadership at Varrow to continue to focus on a enabling, educating, and supporting their Varrow tribes.
