      This company is very open minded about the people it hires and the company in general starts to feel like family. This company is trying to bring more work back to the states.

      Ongoing uselessness of certain employees is overlooked. Still tries to pay and be like a mom and pop even though this is the largest cheerleading-centric company that exists. Sexism rears it's ugly head in higher management and sometimes even middle management.
